Shipment processing time: 

Normally orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Some of our custom-made jewelry may have a longer production period, which is always mentioned in the product description. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Also, if for some reason there should be a significant delay in processing your order, we will always inform you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Delivery Estimates:

• Switzerland: 1-3 business days
• EU: 3-8 business days
• Rest of Europe: 4-8 business days
• International: up to 14 business days

 

International Shipping Policy - Customs, Duties and Taxes:

We offer free international shipping; however, it is important to acknowledge that By Millin bears no responsibility for customs duties applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Upon successful order placement, an order confirmation will be provided. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
