Returns & Exchanges

From the date your order arrives to you, we give you 30 days to fall in love with it. If you decide your purchase is not for you, you can initiate a return by contacting us at  info@bymillin.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. There will be no return fee deducted, our money-back guarantee promises, that you will end up with jewelry you love, or you will receive a full refund, however, shipping costs for the return and possible customs duties are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions

Returns are accepted for the majority of our products (even the engraved ones), except for the following: 

• Name Bracelets
• Pearl Charm with double-sided engraving
• The One Initial Bracelets
• Golden Glow Initial Bracelets
• Chunky Charm Initial Bracelets
• Made-to-order jewelry: All special made-to-order products

Pieces that are not accept for returns are marked as final sales on their product page to ensure complete transparency.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your account.
